Discover the ongoing work and major milestones that will mark the evolution of this dynamic and sustainable neighborhood.

The demolition of the underground structure is progressing well, along with the decontamination of certain buildings and former parking areas.
We have also started demolishing Studio 42, a crucial step to free up space and begin the transformation.
The piling work has begun, allowing excavation work to start around May 22.

The piling operation will continue until the construction holidays. This step is essential to retain the streets and infrastructures around the site. To minimize the impact of noise and vibrations and ensure compliance with the City of Montreal's noise regulations, we have installed three seismographs on the site.
The backfilling work will begin after the construction holidays, a crucial process to stabilize the ground and prepare it for the foundations that will come later. This work will continue throughout the summer.
Water cannons have been installed around the demolition areas to minimize dust propagation.
The first buildings will emerge from the ground, marking a decisive turning point in realizing our vision for an inclusive, sustainable, and dynamic neighborhood. |
Stay tuned for our next newsletters where we’ll unveil new images from the construction site ahead of time and keep you informed about major upcoming milestones.
Thank you for your support and commitment. Together we are building a neighborhood that makes a difference! |
